Abstract

The influx of graduduates and high flyers rolled out year after year by Nigerian universities is alarming with no significant impact created in the community. The labour market is overcrowded, the unemployment rate is on the increase and the economy is downtrodden by infrastructurak decay, projects abandonement, poverty and wastage of human capital.This paper examined how a creative mindset of community development can be imbibed by Nigerian graduates to spur them up to value creation and positive community growth thereby refocussing the gown to impact the town.
